Married At First Sight UK is returning to us this September!
It's nearly been a whole year since the last UK edition of the show aired, and while we've had MAFS Australia to keep us going, we can not wait to sink our teeth into the UK edition.
The show follows one of the wildest concepts, marrying someone at first sight... in the hopes that they're the love of your life.

Singles are paired together by dating experts, namely Paul C Brunson and Mel Schilling who are returning with Charlene Douglas joining them to guide the brides and grooms through the start of married life.
So, which ladies and gents have put themselves forward for the social experiment of a lifetime? Meet the cast here.
The MAFS UK 2024 brides:
Sacha, 29
Sacha is an aesthetics practitioner from Birmingham.
Ready to find the love of her life, the cat lover has remained celibate since her last relationship as she waits for Mr Right to come along.
She’s said: “A red flag to me is someone not liking cats. I was always told not to trust a man that doesn’t like cats.”
Charlie, 30
Charlie is a lettings operations co-ordinator from Surrey.
Charlie, who is described as the life of the party, came out as gay five years ago. She’s been single for the last four years and is now looking to settle down.
She’s said: “I’m at the age now where I want to settle down.”
Eve, 31
Eve is a fitness coach from Omagh in Northern Ireland.
The fitness lover released she was gay at 26 years old and has only had one serious relationship since.
After being single for the last two years she's said: "I want to find somebody that I fall in love with and I want somebody to fall in love with me."
Holly, 29
Holly is a beautician from Huddersfield.
Holly is a single mum-of-two, she had her first child at 16 years old after not finding out about the pregnancy until 37 weeks in.
She’s said: “I want to gain love, work on myself as well, and learn how to trust again.”
Kristina, 31
Kristina is a dog walker from East Sussex.
The animal lover is not only looking for someone ‘tall, dark and cheeky’ she’s also looking for a man who will support her through her serve PMDD symptoms, as it’s a huge part of her life.
She’s said: “I wanted to sign up because I felt like I was ready to meet the love of my life.”
Lacey, 27
Lacey is an office manager from Hertfordshire.
Marrying Lacey is truly a family affair as she’s a ‘miracle’ IVF baby with a twin sister who needs to give the seal of approval along with her mother who always wants to best for her.
She’s said: “I’d love to get a husband. I’m thinking long term so husband, babies, travel then move in together.”
Polly, 28
Polly is a careers advisor from Kent.
After being single for the last seven months, Polly is ready to be the bride and not the bridesmaid for once!
She seeked out the experiment as she rejects the idea of dating apps. The careers advisor is looking for a man who treats her the way her father does.
She’s said: “I’m excited to go into the unknown, to have things that aren’t in my control and just go into it open minded.”
Richelle, 48
Richelle works as the head of alternative investments for a company in London.
Born in Guyana, South Africa, Richelle now splits her time between there and the UK following her families move here when she was two.
She’s said: “It’s be nice to, when I look back at my life when I’m older, say I’ve had a once in a lifetime experience.”
The MAFS UK 2024 grooms:
Nathan, 24
Nathan is an engineer from Somerset.
The engineer is said to be tired of dating the gym bunnies and models, he's now looking for a petite, funny, family oriented woman to call his wife.
He's said: "It will be cool to meet someone. Hopefully we're on the same vibe."
Kieran, 28
Kieran is a mechanic from Newcastle.
The Geordie lad has more to him then meets the eye, as after completing his mechanics apprenticeship he put his tools to one side and joined the circus to train as a clown. He's back at the tools now and looking for a 'petite, naturally beautiful girl who loves music'.
He's said: "I've been unlucky in love. I've been heartbroken and messed around and I really need the experts' advice."
Ross, 32
Ross is a painter and decorator from Manchester.
The Mancunian painter was born deaf and wears two hearing aids, but he refuses to let it define him. He played for Everton Deaf Football club and was scouted fro Team GB trials aged 17, before being confirmed for the first Deaf England Squad.
After playing all over the world he moved home to be closer to his daughter. He's said: "I've been engaged before and this is mu third time lucky. I'm looking forward to meeting my wife. I'm ready for this."
Caspar, 34
Casper is a lead gardener from New Forest.
The nature enthusiast lives in New Forest with his two dogs, he left the London office lifestyle to pursue his gardening dreams and now he's the head gardener of a country estate.
He's never been in a serious relationship before and puts that down to a lack of confidence. Now he's ready to find a wife.
He's said: "I want the wife, I want the two. Four kids, white picket fence. I hope this process does this for me."
Adam, 33
Adam is a barber from Nottingham.
The barber says he's never been in love before but he's in search for a romance that has a 'movie magic' feel. Coming from a large family himself, Adam feels he's ready to settle down.
He's said: "I would love the happily ever after."
Alex, 28
Alex works in aviation operations and is from Birmingham.
Not only does he work in the aviation industry he has dreams of becoming a professional boxer. Fighting his way to love, Alex has come on the show hoping to rid himself of the 'man about town' reputation.
He's said: "Maybe the experts can help me work out where I've been going wrong."
Orson, 41
Orson is a project engineer from St Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean.
The former pro-cricket player is looking to make a deep connection with someone. He has a two-year-old daughter who comes first for him but he's making space for a new kind of love in his life too.
He's said: "I want to get married as I feel that is the only thing missing from my life."
MAFS UK 2024 is coming to E4 and will be available to stream on Channel 4 this September.
