Resort hotel

Posh all-suite resort offering dining, bars & sea views, plus a wellness center with a spa & yoga.

A special thank-you to Fabrizio and Santiago for being such wonderful and attentive staff during my pool day and birthday celebrations last year September. Simply immaculate service!Highly recommended as a Ibiza local to enjoy a day by the pool here with amazing view, food and lounge beds.

Had a great stay at 7Pines. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The suites were very spacious with a private pool. No issues getting a good lounger by the pool. The views, setting and sun sets are stunning.Food and drink is ludicrously expensive. €12 for a lemonade? Nearly rivalling Ushuaia for value for money.Gym was pretty decent for a hotel gym.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. But overall, there are a lot of things that could be improved upon.Pros:-the resort itself is beautiful, very high end vibes-the rooms are massive, awesome balcony-great views of the ocean-was welcomed with a delicious Bellini cocktail and a bottle of Cava in our room (we were celebrating our wedding anniversary)-breakfast (which was included with our stay) was probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had-the sushi was probably the best sushi we have ever had-the pool is beautiful, plenty of loungers-staff was very helpful and friendlyCons:-the cost of bottled water was outrageous, 9 euro for a .75L bottle, my husband and I drink a lot of water and considering the fact that you can't drink the tap water in Ibiza this was absolutely appalling that they charge this much for bottled water - for this reason alone I would never return to this resort-Pool: the music by the pool could have been better, pool was chilly, we went mid September which is the start of low season in Ibiza and they had closed the family pool, one of the reasons I booked this resort was to have an adults only pool so this was a bit of a disappointment, we were not informed of this ahead of time when booking-not a lot of options for food at the resort and some of the restaurants have the same menu-massive lack of options (especially for eating) when it was raining (everything is pretty much outside)-menus lack variety and are somewhat small, there aren't a lot of vegetarian or dairy free options-since they had closed the family pool, they also closed the Mexican food truck that is there, so that was one less option for food, again we were not informed this would be closed when we booked-Sushi was only offered for lunch-dinner portions were extremity small and overall the dinner food was not impressive for the cost, very average-it's far from a lot of things on the island, no other place to go within walking distance-the cost of beer, wine, and alcohol was high - poor selection of beer-massive bee problem at the restaurants, a few days we had to move tables to get away from them

Stay at 7Pines Hotel Ibiza - Not recommendingDisappointed with the service and facilities during my recent stay at 7Pines Hotel Ibiza from July 31 to August 1. Due to the bad experience, my partner and I had to check out one day earlier than planned, on August 1.Throughout our stay, we faced several issues that ruined our overall satisfaction. Firstly, upon entering our room, we were greeted by a strong smell of dampness, which was very unpleasant. The room itself was small sized and poorly furnished, falling short of the standards expected for its category. Moreover, the service provided by the staff very poor. The lack of friendliness and basic courtesy was evident, as no staff member even greeted us during our interactions. The breakfast service was particularly disappointing, with staff displaying a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. Instead of addressing our requests promptly, we were met with indifference and attitudes.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Upon returning to our room after cleaning, we were shocked to find empty bottles from the trash placed AGAIN on the table. Additionally, a spillage of coffee on the bed was not cleaned, lack of good housekeeping.Overall, the experience at 7Pines Hotel Ibiza is not good at all,the hotel does not deserve its purported star rating. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service and facilities provided and would not recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.I kindly request that the management team address these concerns promptly and take necessary steps to improve the quality of service and facilities at the hotel.Stayed 31-1 Aug, booked directly with the hotel , room category type : Infinity.

Beautiful stay!Loved the large rooms. However Bathrooms smallBreakfast is amazingPool views and vibes !Loved the spa!! Sauna steam room cold shower water beds and lots of little places to lounge and relax.Pool beds and area are great. Grounds are beautiful well maintainedCleaning staff great!Hotel staff super friendly and helpfulGym is awesome! Would love some more machines but overall what a beautiful and unique spaceI love that there are tons of kids and babies but it still feels like an adults only resort. Would love to come back with my baby next yearThe only negative is the dinner food. Small portions with little taste. I ordered the chicken and veggies and was a small piece of meat with a few pieces of broccoli with lemon juice. For the price you pay I expected a better meal.I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience in Ibiza, amazing views and spa and overall great time. Location and staff!

During my recent stay at 7pines, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery that surrounded the property. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers stunning views of rolling hills and a serene, tranquil environment that is perfect for relaxation. The natural beauty of the area is truly remarkable and provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. However, my experience was marred by the abysmal service I received throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. The front desk personnel were indifferent and unhelpful. The issues continued with the housekeeping service, which was inconsistent and often left much to be desired. On several occasions, my room was not properly cleaned. It was frustrating to deal with such a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. However, my stay was marred by an unexpected and frustrating incident at checkout. Upon receiving my final bill, I noticed a charge for minibar consumption that I did not incur. I had not used any items from the minibar during my stay, so I was quite surprised to see these additional charges.I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, the response was far from satisfactory. The staff insisted that the charges were valid and showed little willingness to investigate the matter further. Despite my insistence that I had not consumed any minibar items, they maintained their stance and refused to remove the charges from my bill. After a while they did. But a day later they finally charged me.This experience was not only frustrating but also felt quite unfair. It overshadowed what had otherwise been a pleasant stay at the hotel. I left feeling disappointed and somewhat betrayed by the lack of customer care and the unfair billing practice.

Pros: Excellent gym, very great and kind service, delicious breakfast. We loved that the rooms had their own parking because it provided a private experience. I'd say it is good for both families with kids and couples, as they have separate pools.Light cons: it does not feel like a boutique experience, but it is as boutique as a resort could ever offer. It does feel a bit Americanized (with the logos especially) but it's in a good way - it's comfortable. I suggest doing your own research of ibiza, because their suggestions tend to be all very high-end luxury experiences, and there is so much to do in the island. The view is amazing but no easy way to swim.

An Underwhelming Experience - this is NOT A 5 Star ResortMy stay at 7 Pines Resort in Ibiza was, unfortunately, an average and somewhat disappointing experience. While the property has great potential, there were several issues that left a lot to be desired.Housekeeping & Room Service:Housekeeping was a major letdown. On our first day, we had to call them ourselves at 5 PM after they failed to show up. Their excuse? They were busy. This delayed our plans and left us unable to fully enjoy our room during the day.Pool Experience:The pool area was another source of frustration. There were only two chairs left when we arrived, both in undesirable spots—either directly under the scorching sun or completely shaded. It was evident that there weren’t enough chairs to accommodate all guests. The pool service was equally disappointing, with drink orders taking an average of 45 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, you couldn’t even order at the bar directly; everything had to go through a server, of which there were clearly too few.Dining & Reservations:Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a wonderful experience with live music most mornings and amazing views. However, dinner was less than ideal. The restaurant ran out of two different wine bottles we requested and didn’t have Grey Goose available for a martini. Moreover, they failed to secure a taxi or beach club reservation. They said they booked and when we got there there was nothing. We had to deal with fro 35 min to get a bed. We were also not told about the return in a taxi and waited 1 hour and finally hotel had to come get us. Concierge is worthless!!!Service & Communication Issues:The overall service left much to be desired. There was a complete lack of communication and attention to detail. On multiple occasions, we encountered issues, such as being asked to vacate the pool at 9 PM despite being told it was open 24 hours. Turns out it was and security had not clue but was rude kicking us out. Additionally, pool service was sluggish, with even simple requests like a glass of water taking far too long to fulfill. In one instance, they failed to ask us to sign the bill at the pool, which is a basic service standard.Activities & Entertainment:When I inquired about scuba diving on the first day, I was told they would check availability. Despite following up 24 hours later, all I received was a website link to a dive shop 40 minutes away—hardly the personalized service one would expect from a luxury resort. On top of that, there were no in-room movies available unless we specifically requested a Fire Stick.Check-Out Experience:The check-out process was UNREAL. They mistakenly loaded our bags into the wrong car and our car with someone elses bags, which we only noticed just before leaving since they had our passports. Additionally, when I voiced my concerns about the various issues we encountered during our stay, the response was indifferent, with no attempt made to rectify the situation or even offer a sincere apology.Room Location:A word of caution: avoid rooms on the first floor. There’s no view, and the road in front of the resort means there’s a constant stream of people passing by, which detracts from the overall experience. In conclusion, while 7 Pines Resort has some redeeming qualities, such as the amazing breakfast, the numerous service failures and lack of attention to detail made it an underwhelming stay. With so many options in Ibiza, it’s hard to justify choosing this resort when there are likely better alternatives that deliver on the promise of a seamless, luxurious experience. For 5 starts and the price I was beyond disappointed. I stayed at Hacienda Na Xamena before and was better than 7 pines. I attached some room views as well and our room we were told during checkout was one of the best!I also find it comical when managements response is come back for a room upgrade. I will NEVER be back. You should have discounted me.

We had a fantastic 3 nights at 7Pines. Amazing sunset location, brilliant service, very good food. The adults pool has great views over the bay and the pool service was excellent. We stayed in an Infinity room which was great (and much nicer than it looks in the photos), although the bedroom and bathroom space is really quite small compared to the large living area!

I was here last weekend and the views truly are breathtaking. We had a smooth reception check in process. We had a lady who was so sweet and helpful who had ties to DC and Texas which was huge plus and just helped make us feel so welcomed. Did I mention the views? Such a sight to see. Rooms were nice and property is nice as well. If this is in the budget, I would recommend.

Excellent choice when booking a trip to Ibiza. From reservation to check-in to checkout was absolutely seamless and done with friendliness and professionalism. The room was exactly what I had requested. The resort grounds are stunning and the food was excellent. My only negative review would be with valet service as one night (31/08) I dropped my car off with 529km of gas in my tank and the next day when I got my car it was down to 513km of gas. I highly doubt the parking lot was that far. I would request the hotel manager look into this as this is not acceptable or professional.Other than that I would stay again, I just wouldn’t valet my car!

During my recent stay at the 7Pines Hotel in Ibiza, my fourth visit to this property, I encountered several issues that detracted significantly from the overall experience, particularly with the customer service, which I believe does not merit a 5-star rating.Firstly, there was a considerable discrepancy concerning the minibar charges. Upon checkout, we were mistakenly billed €177 for minibar items we did not consume. Although we raised the issue with the management, who acknowledged the error and assured us it would be corrected, we later discovered upon checking our credit card statement that the charges had indeed been applied. This lack of follow-through on their part was both disappointing and frustrating.Similarly, while enjoying the pool area, we were wrongly charged an additional €240 under the assumption that we were external guests. This again required us to engage in unnecessary discussions with the hotel staff to rectify.I appreciate that the start of the season can be challenging, and some operational hiccups are to be expected. However, the integrity and reliability of the customer service team are crucial. It was disheartening to witness a discrepancy between what was promised by the staff at the service desk and the actions that followed. Honesty and clear communication are fundamental, especially in a high-standard establishment.Having visited this hotel multiple times, I have noticed that while the amenities and setting continue to be enjoyable, there is a persistent issue with the level of customer service that has not improved over time. I remain hopeful that future visits will show marked improvements in this area, aligning with the 5-star standard they promote.

Do not make the mistake of visiting this hotel, towards the end of my review I’m sure any reader will be shocked.I booked 4 suites for my family to stay in July at a cost of €24.000.On the first day we discovered that you can’t reserve a table for breakfast (8 people in my family) so they expected us to sit separately at breakfast, I complained and I was promised that a table would be reserved daily at 10 am for us, it lasted one day, then back to complaining again. The hotel policy was children were only allowed in the children’s pool, we complied, even though this area isn’t welcoming at all, lots of ants and three gekhos made their way into our bags, when walking back to our room I discovered children playing in the main pool, we could’ve been in this pool all along. Next day after another breakfast fiasco we went to the main pool, we were informed that there wasn’t any sunbeds available as they only had 150 beds and 400 guests, I complained only to be told that this is the way it is, I discovered that guests put out towels on sunbeds on their way to breakfast to reserve sunbeds, just like in Benidorm in the 80’s ! It’s supposed to be a five star resort, so now their rules mean that a large family can’t eat together and can’t socialise around the pool together, unbelievable, what do they expect a family want to do on holiday, there wasn’t any mention of this when they took my booking and money. Next the service in the restaurants, bars and pool area, the resort is staffed with kids, mostly from catering colleges to gain work experience, they are inexperienced and forgetful, it’s not their fault but the result is service that really is abysmal, you only have to read other reviews to verify this. The hotel is in a remote location, if you are lucky enough to get a taxi( it took over an hour) you might struggle to get another taxi to bring you back to the hotel, be aware. The hotel has a captive audience and everything is price accordingly ( €9 for water)The service, or rather lack of it, is a talking point amongst many guests, their policy is obviously have a number of managers and lots of these students, even in the kitchens, remember the hotel is credited with 5 stars, guest would have a level of expectation.I didn’t think that matters could get any worse but they did.On our final day, a guest in the hotel removed one of my children’s towels from our sunbed, I informed him that it was my daughter’s and he should return it, they were two single guys, one was obviously drunk, he approached me very aggressively and punched me, very hard in my face, I went down, the viscous attack was unprovoked.I immediately asked for the police, after nearly an hour, and no police, I realised that the police hadn’t been called, I pushed hard for their attendance, many guests were appalled and offered support and witness statements, I asked the hotel manager to obtain these statements in case the police took even longer, they didn’t bother.Eventually they told me that they had a friendly contact in the police station who informed them that they wouldn’t be attending as I wasn’t dead, they also told me that if I cared to obtain a private medical report, make a statement and submit it to the manager, he would pass it onto the police for their consideration, I immediately sought assistance from a private doctor and submitted my report, that was three weeks ago, I haven’t heard anything from the police. The management of the hotel allowed my assailant to STAY ON in the hotel, amongst the guests that had witnessed this assault. I left the hotel and I took up the matter with the hotel management, I provided my evidence including a video of the immediate aftermath of the incident, I attended a zoom call and asked why would they allow this person to stay on, I also asked for his name so I could take issue with the police. I was actually shouted down by the two managers who told me the don’t have to explain anything to me. I am after justice, not compensation. the matter is ongoing. Its not a 5 star family destination. Beware.

A beautiful resort with breathtaking views of es verda from the pool. Rooms are more like apartments, they’re huge. Service was top notch. A guitarist at breakfast overlooking said view was a seriously nice touch. We ate at the Cone Club too and whilst the food and service was great - we shared a meal and both got very unwell within hours of eating which kept us up most of the night and wrote off half of our next day confined to our room. I informed reception but not sure how far this went. I’m sure we were just unlucky.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Great attention and care from the staff. Great attention to detail, amazing views from the Infinity Pool. Both restaurants (The Cone and The View) offer a delicious offer of seafood made with local ingredients as well. I will definetly pick this hotel again for Ibiza. Recommended if you want to go to the beach, better rent a car.

Amazing long weekend at 7Pines with my wife and my daughter. Since our early arrival, all the staff treated us with immense courtesy and a great welcoming. We found the staff very prepared and available, something rare to find even in the upscale cathegory of the 5 stars hotels.Lovely suite facing the Laguna pool and a paradise for sunset lovers and families. The sunset ritual was something magical and definitely a nice tradition of gratitude that makes the stay having a way deeper feeling.Hope to be back soon.

What a great property. One of my favorite places to stay in Ibiza. I could go on and on about the service. The rooms are absolutely amazing. The amenities are top-notch.

A really lovely place to stay for 3 nights. All very comfortable and staff we all very helpful. Hotel is far from Ibiza town but the views and pool make it worthwhile. Not sure if they know how to cope if things don’t go to plan but safe in the room kept bleeping and kept us up - they had to come twice at 1 and 1.30am to remove the battery so we could sleep. We were ok with this once done and they tried to apologise which was appreciated. We also asked for late check out which they said they would try to do.On our last morning we asked if they would do this and we then had onevery poor experience with the young man who was the “manager” at front desk.We explained we were told that a late checkout may be possible and he very rudely and abruptly recited a policy about late checkout “being at the discretion of the hotel on the day of checkout and that they were in no way obliged to give this to us. Moreover we could leave our luggage at reception, use the pool and change in the spa. Checkout was 12 o’clock.”After this we also had a call to the room to ask if we needed “help with the luggage” at 11.50 and another at “12.04”. We left the room at 12.07 and had no intention of staying in the room!Whilst everything this manager said was 100% correct it was a very rude and arrogant way to speak to guests who had just spent considerable money at the hotel, and was in no way necessary as we did not request in a way that deserved such an answer! This young man needs to go “manager school” or rethink his career! We enjoyed the stay but not a nice way to leave the hotel and very unprofessional and unnecessary. Shame.

This resort is a Mediterranean dream! Surrounded by beautiful nature tucked away in the more tranquil part of Ibiza. I can barely find the words to describe what a wonderful stay I had with my friend. The staff is incredibly attentive, competent, well-trained and friendly. Each and every person was amazing but I would like to mention Jorriana from Peru, Veda from Guest Relations, Alejandra from the SPA and also Corinna at the pool bar. If management reads this, please give them positive feedback on their work because I’ve traveled a lot all around the world and these people truly stood out in terms of providing more than excellent customer service. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, well-equipped and just full of decadence in every way. The food was also top notch. If you are vegan, you will be on cloud 9 at 7Pines. I know I was! Highly recommend this place and I think the price-value relation is really really good, considering it’s Ibiza.

I've stayed at numerous hotels across the world, and I can confidently say I've never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff as I did at Seven Pines. If you’re looking to be disrespected and mistreated while paying for it, this is the place to go. The way management handled the situation only confirmed that the staff feel they can disrespect guests without consequence. This was my second visit, and it will definitely be my last. I’m sharing this experience for any parents expecting a warm welcome, and kind considered service only to be insulted and have their evening ruined.
