Most of our properties do not allow pets but some do! If you are unsure if a property allows pets please reach out to us!
If you have a Service Dog or Emotional Service Animal (ESA) or plan to get one please reach out to us and we will get them added to your lease!
Requirements if you have a pet!
Pet Fee: $250.00 pet fee per pet. (Non-refundable)
Pet limit: 2
Weight limit of 35 pounds
Breed restrictions do apply! Please see the list to the right for blacklisted breeds
*Current rabies vaccination & a picture of the pet are required for ALL pets!*
Emotional Support Animal (Documentation/Requirements)
ESA Letter/Prescription (for all animals if more than one)
ESA Letters should have:
Resident is a patient of the doctor or mental health professional who certified the mental disability in the ESA prescription/recommendation.
The resident receives treatment/services from the same mental health professional or doctor under his/her care plan.
The emotional symptom of the disability at issue (Not the disability causing the symptom)
That an Emotional support animal is part of the current treatment plan and that it will assist resident/patient coping with the emotional disability symptoms.
It is okay to require current veterinary records for the pets to ensure they are UTD on all vaccines
Online letters & companies are generally not acceptable

“Pit Bull Terriers” (This includes Staffordshire terrier, American Pit bull Terrier or any mix of these or other “Pit Bull” Breeds)

"My car was towed, where is it and why was it towed?"
Kirk's-Sineath Towing (T. 336-272-3456) has multiple contracts to tow from multiple properties that WZP manages. Please refer to the maintenance addendum in your lease to see the reasons your car could be towed.
"I will be late paying my rent what should I do?"
Please call our office if you know your rent will be late. Our office can not guarantee anything but we strive to work with our tenants if we can. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, Late on the 2nd, the late fee charged after the 5th and you are subject to court papers after the 15th.
"My lease dates are up, am I still required to give a 30 day notice?"
Per your lease you are required to give our office a 30 day written notice regardless if your lease has ended. Once your lease term is up you become a month to month tenant.
"How do I report maintenance issues?"
Per your lease you are required to put all maintenance request in writing. You can email us or stop by and fill out a maintenance form
